Due to the digital nature of our products (digital downloads, trackers, and templates), all sales are final. Once a product has been purchased and the digital delivery has been completed, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges.
1. Why No Refunds?
Unlike physical goods, digital assets cannot be "returned." Once you gain access to the files, the value is delivered immediately. This policy is in place to protect the intellectual property and work put into creating the Habit Flow system.
2. Exceptional Circumstances
While we maintain a strict no-refund policy, we want our customers to be happy. We may consider refund requests only under the following limited circumstances:

Duplicate Purchase: If you accidentally purchased the same product twice, we will refund the second transaction.

Technical Issues: If the digital file is corrupted or non-functional and our support team cannot resolve the issue within 72 hours of being notified, a refund may be issued.

Non-Delivery: If you did not receive the download link and can provide proof that the transaction was successful, we will first attempt to deliver the files manually. If this fails, a refund will be processed.
