  • Software Requirements: Some products may require a Google Account (for Google Sheets) or a Notion account. It is the customer's responsibility to have the necessary software to use the assets.

3. Intellectual Property & Usage License

  • Individual Use: When you purchase a product from Habit Flow, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal use only, unless the product is specifically labeled as having PLR (Private Label Rights) or MRR (Master Resell Rights).

  • Restrictions: You may not redistribute, resell, share, or sub-license our standard personal-use products to any third party. Any unauthorized use will result in the immediate termination of your access without a refund.

4. Pricing and Payments

  • Currency: All prices are listed in USD (unless stated otherwise).

  • Changes: We reserve the right to change our prices at any time without prior notice.

  • Payments: We use secure third-party payment processors (PayPal/Stripe). We do not store your credit card information on our servers.

5. Refund Policy

As stated in our Refund Policy, all sales of digital products are final. Because digital assets are delivered immediately, they cannot be returned. Please review the product description carefully before purchasing.

Habit Flow and its owners shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, or incidental damages resulting from the use or inability to use our products. While our tools are designed to help you organize and track habits, we do not guarantee specific life or financial outcomes.
